The following individuals represent our management team:

Rob Wells – CEO
B.Com. B.Acc. CA (SA)
Following completion of his qualifications with Deloittes, Rob joined the Barloworld Group. After spending 10 years in accounting, treasury and international trade related positions, Rob moved to GDM Trade Finance Group as Financial Director. In 1999 he joined Rand Merchant Bank, where he conceptualized and created, as a RMB initiative, the international supply chain services business known as Tradestream.

Neil Cresswell – Chief Financial Officer
CA (SA)
Neil completed his articles and qualified with KPMG, following which he worked for Treasury Financial Services with Morgan Stanley (UK). Upon his return to South Africa, he managed Trade Finance and Treasury functions for the International Trade Division – Massmart Holdings. Neil joined Tradestream in 2007.

Leanne Wood – Client Optimisation Executive
B.Compt. B.Acc. CA(SA)
Responsible for client service delivery and new project implementations, Leanne is one of Tradestream’s original team members, contributing to the Tradestream solution for 7 years. Leanne completed her articles with PriceWaterHouse, and her experience includes Treasury Financial Services at Standard Corporate Merchant Bank and SAP consulting in the banking sector.

Schalk van Heerden – Head of Operations, Transaction Execution Centre
BCom.
With many years of Financial Management and Logistics experience, Schalk manages our Transaction Execution Centre. Prior to joining Tradestream in 2005, Schalk worked for Dorbyl Automative Technologies as Group Logistics Manager.

Tania van Wyk de Vries – Development and Technical Executive
BCom
Responsible for technology and software development, Tania holds a BCom: Information Science. Tania has worked for the PBT Group and Suritec, starting off her career in technology as a Java programmer and moving into management and technical consultancy roles.

Christina Clucas – Human Resources Executive
BA
Christina joined Tradestream after managing her own consultancy. Christina has over 10 years Human Resources consulting and management experience with various organisations, including Woolworths; Edcon and a business to business services Group in London. Christina holds a BA: Industrial Psychology.
