The following individuals represent our management team:

Rob Wells – CEO
B.Com. B.Acc. CA (SA)
Following completion of his qualifications with Deloittes, Rob joined the Barloworld Group. After spending 10 years in accounting, treasury and international trade related positions, Rob moved to GDM Trade Finance Group as Financial Director. In 1999 he joined Rand Merchant Bank, where he conceptualized and created, as a RMB initiative, the international supply chain services business known as Tradestream.

Leanne Cascaes – Product Delivery Executive
B.Compt. B.Acc. CA(SA)
Leanne has over 9 years experience developing and designing the TradeStream solution and product. Leanne's key focus areas are managing the software delivery process and priorities, ensuring high standards and practical application of business and system requirement specifications, as well as the aligned of the business analysis process with product development.

Reinhardt Annandale – Finance Manager
CA (SA) - 2006
Responsible for the management of the company's accounting function including financial reporting requirements, administration and risk management. Before joining TradeStream in early 2010, Reinhardt gained operational management experience with a bridging finance company as Managing Director. Following completion of his articles with KPMG Reinhardt stayed on for a period as Audit Supervisor.

Christina Clucas – Business Development Executive
BA - Industrial Psychology
Responsible for the successful commercial positioning of the Tradestream business through proactive business development and corporate growth initiatives, including responsibility for customer relationship support and the development of strategic partnerships. Christina joined Tradestream 3 years ago after managing her own consultancy and has over 10 years consulting and management experience with various organisations, including Woolworths, Edcon and a business to business services Group in London.

Werner Venter – Supply Chain Solutions Executive
BEng - Industrial Engineering
Werner has over 10 years experience with organisations such as Anglo Platinum, MAC Consulting and Quadrem in Supply Chain information systems management, design, consulting and delivery management. As well as responsible for TradeStream service delivery to key clients, Werner's key focus areas include solutions design and development across all clients and alignment with the TradeStream product roadmap.
